Le Gibolin sur Arles

Small place but very cozy. Few dishes to choose from but very good. The cook and the head of the room very nice and attentive. Good value for money.

Limited menu but... What a menu! We thoroughly enjoyed the imaginative dishes full of sauces with unexpected flavors. Fish, meat, pasta... everything was delicious. The service was also excellent and we couldn't help but watch the chef cook; The truth is that seeing it in action was a joy. We will come to Arles again just to be able to enjoy dinner at Le Gibolin!

A very nice restaurant as we like them! Attentive welcome, rather short menu which guarantees perfect freshness with a relevant choice. Dishes with very good seasonings and quality products. Homemade with a little extra twist in flavors and presentation. Everything is delicious, and we want to taste everything when reading the slate! A beautiful wine list with an interesting bias towards natural wines, which the owner masters perfectly! Excellent value for money which is becoming rare these days. Well done !
