Superb experience, quality service with a very smiling and pleasant young apprentice, nothing to complain about in terms of cuisine, from the appetizer to the dessert to the homemade bread, we had a great time, a very thoughtful and very pleasant mix of flavors mouth, in terms of decoration of the plates, very pleasant to observe, very pretty works of art are created in the dishes, notably the pig's trotter for my part. Looking forward to coming back.

We had the opportunity to have lunch in this very beautiful restaurant and we were able to enjoy the beautiful terrace. We opted for a menu consisting of a starter, a main course and a dessert, namely: PORK’S FOOT in pancake form, served warm, gribiche sauce, marinated black radish. PYRENEES MILK LAMB, leg of lamb in a parsley crust, white bean rismouslin pie and vegetable panel. LE ROCHER dark chocolate/caramel/salted peanuts, Tahitian vanilla custard for one and PEAR raw and poached in flower honey, Basque blue cheese and walnut shortbread for the other. In summary, I highly recommend this great restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. Whether for a special occasion or simply to treat yourself, this restaurant will satisfy you. You will be welcomed with kindness and professionalism, you will taste delicious dishes and you will have an experience that you will remember.
