Le Gabion sur Lyon

Passing through Lyon with friends, we looked for a long time for a small restaurant to have a good time. We therefore chose Le Gabion, and we had an excellent time, whether it was the refined dishes, the atmosphere or the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. A very good address that I highly recommend.

The manager is very friendly, the waitress in support that day was very pleasant. The atmosphere is warm and the placement of the tables is well thought out, so as to maintain intimacy. The paintings give a punchy touch to this modern and contemporary chic decor. The best thing about this restaurant is clearly and undeniably the desserts! I recommend the taste of the lost brioche, salted butter caramel ice cream. A dive into the soft, melting sweetness of this beautiful, generous, warm and golden brioche accompanied by its scoop of ice cream which will revive the taste buds of dessert lovers. Everything gives a lot of taste, pleasure without the sensation of a heavy and too sweet dessert, the right and perfect balance to end a meal.
