Le Fournil de St Loup sur Bayeux

A recent customer from Cherbourg, I couldn't do without their products, what's more, the seller is extremely friendly and always smiling!

Obligatory detour to buy the pistachio morello cherry cake and the excellent gingerbread, just soft, balanced and not too sweet... thank you for your work and respect for the products!

There we are at the top, in terms of taste and health! All the breads and cakes made here have both taste and character and what's more, they are ORGANIC! I didn't know the Bayeux store, only its annexed unpacking on the Saint-Lô market. I've tried them all, in over 10 years, but ultimately, the one I prefer is one of the simplest, sandwich bread. Texture, color, smell, taste, holds in the toaster, it is compact under the butter knife at breakfast (It does not break up) but not too compact, tender in the mouth but not too tender. It is also perfect for croque-monsieur, provided you find all the other ingredients at the same quality level. Hats off to the Fournil! Well done !
