Such a friendly welcome and delicious "homely" food! We had walked the streets of Cahors trying to find a restaurant that was open at 3.30 pm in the afternoon. Tucked down a side street we found Le Colibri (The Humming Bird) and are so glad we did. If we were not just passing through we would definitely be returning often!

It is an original establishment without table service. There you can find quality, family-style cuisine at competitive prices in a relaxed atmosphere.

A place steeped in the history of Cahors, accounted for by the owner who tells us as much about it as about her home cooking. No service (counter service) but the place is very pleasant and the food very good.
