A pure delight...yet the front doesn't look like much if we can say that...but once inside, very warm welcome and everything is delicious Auvergne cuisine but refined, truly excellent: aligot sausage with foie gras or porcini mushroom velouté and sweetbreads, a treat The desserts also looked delicious but my stomach couldn't take it anymore I recommend Don't hesitate to push the door

30/03/2024: A first experience and certainly not the last because despite a few small confusions in taking orders we enjoyed ourselves, the dishes are copious and good, the service and the atmosphere pleasant
21/03/2024: Menus at 22 and 32 euros on average. Strong point the profiteroles, weak points the tarte flambée with Auvergne cheeses (portion for a hollow tooth). Little privacy, the tables are too close together.

31/03/2024: We ate very well from appetizers to dessert. Very good flavor with quality products. I give 3 stars for the atmosphere because it could make an effort in the decor.
27/03/2024: An exceptional experience in the heart of this magnificent town of Aurillac. A gourmet who doesn't leave out local specialties, that's rare! From appetizers to dessert, everything is perfect. A fair and worked vision from the chef who did not fail to greet us, which is extremely appreciable. The service is young and warm, in a simple and flirtatious atmosphere. 5 stars for this superb discovery. Go there with your eyes closed!
