The kitchen was closed, but a colleague having heard that we wanted to eat offered to prepare our dishes for us. Thank you, my girlfriend was super hungry and you know their mood in those moments 👌

Too good and plentiful, especially the croques monsieur!! Example, dish and dessert of the day at 17.90 euros, expensive!! Thanks to the very friendly staff. I recommend 🤩🤩🤩

The welcome was more than perfect, I tried the croque madame which was very hearty and the best I have ever eaten, the wok of crunchy vegetables was excellent and the brioche was killer. I recommend with your eyes closed.

Le Valois

04/04/2024: My colleague and I walked from Gare du Nord to a meeting which was just around the corner from Valois. My plan was to eat at a French bistro ahead of our meeting and this is what we experienced. I think we were fairly lucky to get a table without a reservation. Everyone at the bistro was very polite. The food was great but it wasn't what I ordered. I guess I can't really fault the staff for not understanding English. I ordered blood sausage and sole came out instead. Even with the mistake I would definitely go back if/when I have a meeting at the same location
02/04/2024: I had the best time at Valois. Maréva was amazing. Kevin put me at ease as I was a little shy upon arrival. Mamadou was polite. I stayed for several hours till closing. Super friendly service in a great location. I shall get started on those French film recommendations. Merci beaucoup!

Les Deux Coupoles

06/04/2024: Finally we entered or rather under Les Coupoles with my children and we had a good time together. 60 euros for three people/3 soda/3 dishes and almost 2 hours inside a comfortable, clean and very friendly and warm restaurant and decorated with love. Real French cuisine. Perfect in my opinion. We left 100% satisfied with a box of 1/3 of my delicious dish.
22/03/2024: Very nice brasserie with simple dishes that we like. Next time I'll try the andouillette 🩷 and very welcome
