An excellent address with an unrivaled quality-price ratio. A chef who has a love of products and who sublimates them to the delight of our taste buds but also our eyes. You have to trust him, try at least the cenacle menu and its glasses of wine, all "blind", surprise wines and dishes according to the chef,... a treat.

A slightly dated setting but very high quality cuisine. A menu without knowing the dishes in advance with accompanying wines. Result: pan-fried foie gras escalope, Bresse poultry supreme and trumpets of death, and chocolate fondant and bourbon vanilla ice cream. The musts: the succulent sauces that accompany the dishes, the appetizers (guijuelo ham, sea bass tartare, truffle risotto, lobster before the starter) and turbot with caviar with a white truffle coulis (before the main course) and prestigious wines: Vosne Romanée and Château Haut Marbuzet. I recommend this address.

Excellent restaurant, adorable owner, I don't understand this deplorable note and certain comments that dare to say that the chef is a rascist of great nonsense, I am of Algerian origin, I was received from there. Same way you just have to be courteous and respectful yes the Corsicans love respect and displease certain people 😊remarkable cuisine impeccable service came for a romantic dinner we were enchanted.

19/03/2024: 5th meal taken in this inn. 2nd time with the new owners. They are the ones who welcome you and serve you. They are very friendly and professional. They detail the dishes for you so you can make your choices wisely. The atmosphere is very nice, exposed stone walls and vaulted ceiling. You can visit them with confidence.

01/04/2024: We take one star off for the toilets…. And we keep our fingers crossed that the kitchens are cleaner! We ate very well and the team was very pleasant.
