Dinner on 4/04/2024, very nice discovery with my little family, the dishes were top notch (thanks to the chef and team), the welcome was warm, the waiter had nothing to complain about (smiling, professional, attentive). Another big thank you to all the staff I highly recommend ☺️☺️☺️

The mill is magnificent, a pearl of our heritage… Easy parking, a few meters from the restaurant… The receptionist was busy on the phone. The people in charge of the service are pleasant and available… The small slate stone room was warm in terms of setting although a little draughty, rather calm. Two appetizers and a sweet were offered to us at the end of the meal, very good. Starters, main courses and desserts appreciated even if, for my part, more accustomed to gourmet menus, nothing more. On the other hand, very disappointed to only have 2 scallops in a starter offered with a supplement of 3.5 euros. More than an hour and a half without anyone rushing us, a pleasant time overall. As for the price, almost 200 euros for four with wine, that seems fair to me. I would have rated it very well if three scallops for the starter at extra cost; my opinion will therefore be “good address”.

Good hotel, the positive point is the presence of the restaurant and the jacuzzi available for all customers as well as the sauna

A small room with a table for the 4 of us, very comfortable for a mid-work, mid-weekend lunch, very good creative and technically mastered cuisine, warm but professional service. We will come back !

With family or friends, the welcome is always pleasant. The choices in the menu are balanced for all tastes! A delight!

From the appetizers to the after-dessert treats, everything was perfect! Small downside however, we did not understand the accompaniment of our planned 36h loin of golden ball turnip fondue (probably the puree which is very good), but the turnips much too hard and not cooked 😒 Otherwise 5 stars
