We had booked room 02, very nice.
However, we had considered having the spa option (integrated into the bathtub), which is why we had bet everything on this hotel. Unfortunately, the spa didn't work, so we ended up with a simple LED bathtub! When we called reception, we were informed that the problem had persisted for over two weeks and that they could not resolve it. We are also informed that on the reservation site, the word "balneotherapy" has been replaced by "bathtub" and that a reduction has been applied to the price of the room (how could we have known that? 😑). A photo of the bathtub/spa is displayed on the site, which is confusing. It would have been kind to inform us of the problem when booking.
Despite this negative point which made our evening very unpleasant, the welcome was positive and the hotel was clean and friendly. 👍🏻

Superb hotel with very clean rooms. Very generous breakfast at the Carnot restaurant, which by the way is a restaurant where you eat very well and where I don't understand the criticisms made about it

Suite à une nuit le 17/02
Le service était vraiment irréprochable, que ce soit au restaurant, mais surtout à la réception de l'hôtel.
La réceptionniste du samedi soir et les 2 du matin étaient d'excellente humeur et de bons conseils. Le veilleur de nuit était très intéressant avec sa passion pour le drone.
Une prime devrait être accordée à tout le service tellement ils apportent une valeur ajoutée à l'hôtel
