We had a great time as a family at the Le Cantou restaurant, which was able to find us a place for lunch. The shaded terrace, the attentive and hyper-responsive service, as well as the very generous dishes, even for children, helped to make this experience memorable. A big thank you to the whole team !

Everything is possible here you can eat the restaurant is super nice and in principle open all year round. You can buy some very nice items and you can also have a drink at the bar under the vines in the cool

Just excellent, top staff, cuisine but just perfect. A real treat. For children the dishes are the same but smaller. Listening. And the walnut tart yum yum I got some again

This restaurant is simply incredible! In tourist areas and periods, the quality of products and service are nevertheless prioritized. The service is super well managed despite the crowds; All the staff take care of everyone. No, frankly, we can't believe we had lunch this afternoon in such a good restaurant with an unbeatable quality/price ratio... a real pleasure... Obviously, you have to book! (We did it a little late, we had lunch indoors and the room is very welcoming and pleasant!)

A restaurant like that exists less and less. Family-friendly, friendly with generous and tasty local cuisine. Attentive staff, fast service despite the crowds and very good value for money. It's safe to book.

Excellent restaurant, we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the business. Staff attentive to customers, smiling, in a good mood. The quality of the menu that we had, copious, delicious... It's a restaurant that is worth discovering, prefer a reservation or try to arrive around 12:15 p.m. at the latest! We will come back to your place, when we are in Collonges la Rouge. Good traders.

02/09/2023: Excellent welcome by a server who is all smiles, attentive and full of humor...even at the end of the day! (Sad sir abstain) I enjoyed their Corrèze salad and my husband enjoyed their confit. Try their gargoyle, served by the cook himself, it’s killer too!! I highly recommend this place. PS: Sitting next to Charlie last night, I was appalled by his opinion full of bad faith: he expressed himself very badly in his order, which his friend also confirmed to him, he refused twice to change his drink from the waiter... who offered him another drink at the end of the meal.... in short, destroying an establishment because you quickly get offended, it's not pretty.
02/09/2023: We particularly enjoyed this restaurant last night, where we were warmly welcomed even though we didn't have a reservation. The waiter had a good-natured sense of humor which put us at ease. So we came back the next day, after reservation! The dishes we chose, the duck parmentier in particular, were all delicious and smelled of simple but characterful, local and generous cuisine. Well done to the team. We will gladly come back.

Le Relais de St Jacques de Compostelle

11/01/2024: The location of the hotel is great with a beautiful view of the village of Collonges la rouge. The restaurant's cuisine was delicious with plenty of choice depending on everyone's diet. The bedding is comfortable and the staff welcoming. Access to the car park in the heart of the village is a plus.
07/10/2023: TOP ! contrairement à certains commentaires déplaisants sur l'attitude du patron, nous avons été accueillis d'une façon professionnelle Hôtel confortable, excellente situation au centre village, literie hyper confortable, un ventilateur est même à disposition Les produits de la salle de bain sont de qualité Une chambre est spécialement réservée pour les clients avec petit chien Le restaurant est de qualité avec des produits frais et une décoration moderne, le petit déjeuner est également parfait avec un grand choix Bravo à toute l'équipe
