We had a pleasant time in this restaurant specializing in duck. Not knowing what to choose, we opted for "the royal platter", an assortment of every possible piece. One thing is certain, we were not disappointed! You can go there with your eyes closed.

Ideally located in the historic district of the castle, the Canard royal offers a cuisine bringing together high quality products combined with know-how to highlight them: We enjoyed both the savory and the sweet dishes. Special mention for the “pur blood” Madiran wine, the squids as an aperitif and the very attentive and friendly service!

What can I say... PERFECT, that's the only word that comes to mind: Quality at the appointment, friendly welcome, friendly atmosphere and above all: the temple of duck cooked in all its forms. I recommend. My colleague and I had a royal platter. We are two good, greedy eaters... we couldn't take it anymore. Bravo to the cook: generous on the plate and above all cooked perfectly. I highly recommend (special mention to the duck rillette which I didn't know: I loved it, and yet I'm not usually a rillette fan.
