Le calabrais sur Selestat

Truly an excellent pizza, excellent ingredients...I give 4 stars because I don't understand how a capricciosa pizza can be made without peppers and with the addition of 6 slices of raw ham (shoulder...) and a large beer (0.4). .it can reach 37 euros... Obviously you pay for quality.... That's at least €10 too much... But it's fine anyway.

From the outside it doesn't look much, but what's on the plate is good. authentic pizza, not necessarily the tastes you discover in other pizzerias.. very good dough!

taking up Coralie Haller's comment, I would like to add Mr Laurito the following details: - we certainly left a small part, mainly so as not to throw away the rest (waste is not one of our values). - we refused to have the adult pizza replaced with a child's pizza and it was obvious because we would probably have had to wait another 45 minutes. - you explained to me that you were missing a pizza maker, in this case you have to tell the customers that there is a long wait and possibly make them wait with a few breadsticks - on the fact of not saying everything on the part of my wife I will therefore also provide the missing complement: removing a pizza from the bill but charging for desserts and tea from the table next to me does not seem correct either ! obviously you reimbursed me and I thank you for that. I regret not having been able to fully enjoy this evening, and I maintain the rating of 5/5 for the pizzas but I still wanted to rectify certain things.

Second visit to Calabria in Selestat for the best pizzas in the region. They are simply delicious. Large dining room, not too noisy. Discreet service. But smiling. We can go there with our eyes closed.
