My home away from home. Love the atmosphere in this place and came here to do some writing. Super cool staff and the food is excellent. Highly recommend stopping by, just don't disturb me too much if I am sitting, writing in the corner. 😉

A small bar-restaurant with narrow tables. We came on a weekday after 15.00, and the restaurant was open, which is a definite plus, unlike many establishments in Paris. The prices are average: we spent about 40 euros for 2 teas (they serve tea bags + a kettle of hot water, you can ask for refills), a salad with cheese, potatoes and bacon, and a burger with fries. The service is nice, but they smoke inside.

Comptoir de La Gastronomie

05/04/2024: If you are ever in Paris, or planning your trip to Paris, please try and get into Le Comptoir. The service, drinks, wine list, and food are all impeccable.
04/04/2024: I went because I found it to be the best onion soup in Paris, I can say that of the ones I tried it was one of the tastiest. The Crème brûlée was incredible too. It took them a while to bring the soup, yes, about 30 minutes

Au Grand Turenne

05/04/2024: Very good place to have a drink on the terrace or in the downstairs room. There is a little music which is pleasant but we can chat. I will come back with pleasure!
30/03/2024: Discovered by chance in the neighborhood, very pleasant bar, not too crowded, quiet atmosphere, good beer at reasonable prices. Plus, the boss is very nice!
