11/03/2024: We used Le Relais de l'Hermine for our wedding in Maxent, at Domaine des Hayes. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the service and the food. A small marriage of 27 people with intolerances respected. We were served quickly, everything was PERFECT. We would like to warmly thank Mr. and Mrs. LEGEMBRE for their investment.
