We came on vacation to Limoges and we ate in this restaurant for our last evening. There were 7 of us, including 2 children. We had a great time. The meal was very good and plentiful, both the dishes and the salads. The service was great, no waiting even though the room was full. A beautiful setting under the veranda. Only the crispy prawns stand out.
Industrial fries. Tasteless duck skewer (advertised with honey, ginger, I'm still looking) hearty.
Lovely service, clean and comfortable place.
72€ for 2 we won't come back.

While passing through Limoges, we went by chance to Bistro Gourmand, it was 9:45 p.m.
It was first of all a warm welcome that won us over, then the service, the delicious and tasty dishes (we had Catalan escalope and chorizo escalope) and the Gourmand tea.
A beautiful house where you eat very well with service with a smile all the time.
Really a great discovery!
In addition there is parking in front.
Thank you to the whole team of this restaurant where we had a good time.

Wonderful meal (veal and a salad). Recommended by our local friend. Such a charming bistro--we are only here for a week, but will likely return as so many delicious options ( the desserts looked amazing).

I don't often leave reviews because I'm too critical of what I have on my plate, being passionate!
Today let's be clear we are not in a three star but that is not what is being sold. A warm restaurant that is die-hard in what it does.
An exceptional ham served as a starter cut into chiffonade allows you to appreciate the finesse of this charcuterie.
I was able to taste the kidneys, terrine and tartare. The chef knows what he is doing.
And to top it all off, the biggest profiterole I had ever seen... come on, I would have preferred to have a little more whipped cream but frankly this evening was without any real false note. I will come back thanks to the team
