A return to my roots, to a place that trained me in my first professional years. A very pleasant meal as usual. A false start on the entries but quickly caught by JB and Thomas! An always careful selection of wine, a refined menu and a quality of service that is rarely found in the department! Congratulations to the whole team! Thomas, I confirm, very good meal and we will meet again!

Seemed to be the one bustling atmosphere we found in Chablis, and very good food as well. We really enjoyed the soufflé and chocolate cake.
