I just visited Bistrot d'Edgard just after reopening. There's a brand new boss. The meals are always just as tasty. I have a predilection for eggs and mayonnaise, beef tartare and colonel ice cream. For wine I always order St Nicolas de Bourgueil. Beautiful covered terrace.

We came as a family and we really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere! The service was very good with very attentive and responsive servers. Good value for money and close to the station. I recommend this restaurant!

10/03/2024: Sugoi! Sugoi! Great! Great! Very nice discovery in Ermont! Friendly team, explains and gives good advice. A place that is both a caterer offering diverse and varied dishes, tasty and well served to take away, and a grocery store where you will find lots of very good products. Having recently left Paris, it's a real pleasure to be able to find these Japanese flavors not far from home. To recommend !
