For a visit to Lyon, I was looking for a traditional restaurant but in a hurry I went to this restaurant, Welcoming and warm, the menu is nice. Delicious and very generous breaded chicken burger (I'm not complaining), homemade cordon bleu, very good too. The service is a little lackadaisical but pleasant nonetheless.

Un bar chaleureux dans une petite rue piétonne lyonnaise ! Je conseil le gratin de ravioles au Saint Marcelin ! Merci pour l’accueil et le service plus qu’agréable .

23/03/2024: Excellent evening spent at Vatel. From the appetizers to the main course and the starter, everything was very fine, tasty and visually qualitative. Special mention for Clara who took care of us throughout our experience. His welcome, his smile and his professionalism were more than appreciated and greatly contributed to the success of our dinner. Thanks to her. I highly recommend !
17/03/2024: Very friendly students, but for my older husband, very poorly seated with a very uncomfortable horizontal table bar. Lack of bread throughout the meal and to top it off with the excellent, huge trolley of cheeses. Lack of water jug. Good appetizers. Starter good but small and cold, too bad. Good dish. Very very large dessert tray. But won't come back.

14/05/2024: Sausage, chicken with morels very popular. The salad bacon was too grilled. Perhaps this is how they are appreciated in Lyon. I took the green beans (undercooked) and artichoke base (canned) for €18 and that's too expensive for the quality of the products. Ice cream without much taste interest. Côte du Rhône white at €39 not very tasty.
14/05/2024: Excellent ! Never disappointed! I would come back again!
