Le Bistro d'Alberto sur Paris

Nous sommes assez surpris par les nombreux commentaires élogieux sur cet établissement. Le cadre est agréable, genre “bistrot chic”, comme ils se décrivent. Mais le reste, une cuisine italienne plutôt moyenne, n’est pas à la hauteur des prix pratiqués. L’entrée d’artichauts crus citronnés s’apparente plutôt à du foin, les pâtes du cacio e pepe sont trop grosses, la piccata de veau al limon correcte et le tiramisu final très ordinaire. Quant au verre de Nero d’Avola très moyen à 12 euros, c’est franchement abusif. Le rapport qualité/prix n’y est pas. Il est peu probable que l’on revienne.

Excellent restaurant with delicious, refined cuisine and very friendly and attentive restaurateurs. We go there with pleasure, about once a month when we have meetings in Paris. Well done, this is an address to recommend.

Very good time and lunch! The cuisine is mastered to perfection and the balance of the dishes is perfect. The service from Guillaume and Christophe is discreet and friendly. I recommend :)

Cozy chic bistro and shocking dish. Beautiful cozy atmosphere and quality service.

Good little neighborhood bistro. The olives as an aperitif are excellent, the lemon sauce for the veal was unfortunately really too fatty. Good spaghetti meatballs which on the contrary lack a little tomato sauce. Tiramisu not to be missed, airy and not too sweet. Fast and friendly service. The bill is still a little salty
