Stop on vacation at La Baule = stop at the chopping block Discovered one evening during a small market party in the evening Very pleasant boss (special mention to the boss who was great despite the large number of people that evening) Excellent food Always a little word for our son A hello when we meet out of context Really very nice Looking forward to going back And thank you for giving the little note to a certain host on a well-known news channel See you soon

Good dishes, good desserts, warm interior decor, nice selection of wines, and very pleasant service. Marine and Laurent always welcome with a smile! We’re happy to go back and let people know!

Best restaurant I've had in La Baule. Wok chicken coconut curry, red fruit sabaillon and mascarpone: a delight!! The boss, the waitress, super pleasant. I highly recommend this address. It's worth the detour!

Perfection! The homemade dishes, carefully presented and so tasty, worthy of a gourmet restaurant, the very warm welcome, the dining room decorated with great taste and the perfect size to make it intimate and cozy - Le Billot was a huge favorite ♥️ only downside: this was our only evening in La Baule and we won't be able to come back anytime soon... I recommend it without hesitation!

07/05/2024: Very nice, but it is better to book to be sure of having a place on the terrace with a view of the sea. I took the Croquant Nantais galette which was good, but which only contained 2 strips of speck ham (the rest is cheese and apple). This still remains the only restaurant in La Baule where I have eaten good pancakes!
04/05/2024: Very nice evening spent with friends. Superb seafood platter and thank you for the recommendation of the Beaujolais Blanc which accompanied it wonderfully. The toilets were very clean which didn't spoil anything.
