Very good dinner on May 6. Main course starter formula for 21 (or 25? I forgot!). As a starter, regional asparagus, served very warm with a hard-boiled egg. Then a juicy tab with a homemade mash with a buttery taste and gourmet weights. The other guest had a fresh hake on a bed of mogettes. Perfect cooking and seasoning, simple, professional and friendly service. Very good table

Good, but I find the sirloin steak, "homemade" fries, very expensive at €19, for a brasserie in a small town in the depths of the Cher😒 The “match” caliber of the fries surprises me for a house appellation 🤔

Mixed opinion. I came away a little disappointed from this lunch. I expected better from a master restorer. I had a lamb pastilla, unfortunately burnt but the waitress didn't seem to mind when I told her, she didn't even apologize. It is not enough to hide the black side to not notice it, the burnt taste is apparent from the first bites. The rest was good though. It would also be better to sharpen your knives because it was not easy to cut the piece of beef. I thought the dishes offered would be more cooking. I find the prices high for the cooking done. Otherwise the welcome and the service of the waiters were good.

Cuisine faite maison avec des produits de qualités. Une carte apparemment qui se renouvelle régulièrement et propose des plats élaborés. Bonne présentation à l'assiette, le repas était copieux. Tout était délicieux. Service impeccable. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

La Chaumière Restaurant

12/05/2024: A perfect stay. Very clean room, spacious, quality bedding, quiet and ideally located for exploring Sologne. The city is lively and has great restaurants. We had the full breakfast which was perfect and we had dinner one evening in the hotel restaurant, which was very good and gourmet. I recommend !
26/04/2024: La Chaumière is a historic restaurant in Aubigny which hides its age behind a very pleasant setting and an excellent welcome. Add to that a beautiful menu and flawless cuisine and you will have a meal that will make you want to come back. The menu includes several menus to suit tastes, appetites and budgets. Impressive cellar book and large selection of wines by the glass.

08/05/2024: Superb cuisine, we were in a group, really the best in kindness and unbeatable value for money and quantity.
