Discovered by chance after going to dinner at Nul par Ailleurs, right next door: Bar with a pleasant atmosphere and perfect for having a little fun and dancing! Small downside: no more mojito on a Sunday at 11:30 p.m., girls' toilet door doesn't close and at one point the music was really much too loud + only clubbing (while just before for an hour there was music from the year 2000 and it was great but we had dinner next door). I WILL BE BACK, IT HAS BECOME ONE OF MY PLACES TO GO OUT ON SUNDAY 😉

Everything was excellent about this place. I got a mild heart attack when our fish named Marcel came out to a 146 Euros. I thought it was 44. My advice: pay attention in French class when you learn the numbers. Other than the price shock everything was amazing about this restaurant including Marcel.

We stopped by for a drink afterward. A great discovery for a very nice little place on the old port. The music attracted us and we didn't regret it. The DJ created a lively atmosphere with varied music. So, arriving around 11 p.m., we closed at 2 a.m.! 😇

Ignore any review less than five stars. Some strange people have ale Baletti a one star for weird reasons like not getting served. However, the atmosphere is great. Service is great. Loaded with locals which you know is a good sign. The food comes out piping hot and fresh. Adding to the authenticity, the menu doesn’t pretend as it’s all in French and meant for strict eating business. Definitely a place to stop and dine while near the Port.

A restaurant on the main street, Quai de Rive Neuve, looking over Marseille port. It is a busy location, yet convenient for guests to sit down, have a meal and enjoy the surrounding vibe. On a sunny day of Sep, most customers chose to sit outside by the sidewalk instead of indoor tables. Quick serving of foods, and tasty as well.

26/03/2024: It is much more than a simple refreshment bar, it is a major attraction of the park: warm and friendly like Marseille.
25/02/2024: The service was impeccable. The team were not only professional, but also very warm, which really added to the friendly atmosphere of the place. Hot chocolate and delicious waffles!

Our Meal - Lunch Day of week we visited – Monday Ease of parking –lots of parking underground within the complex Areas -Alfresco-Inside Ease of Access for Disabled -Flat and easy - Alfresco Ok, Inside Ok, Toilets Ok Table size & seating comfort out of 10 = 9 comfort out of 10 = 9 Overall cleanliness out of 10 = 10 General ambience out of 10 = 9 Water provided - Yes/twice Menu languages – French and English is available Range of mains options on our menu & board out of 10 = 10 Drink order & preparation time from sitting down [4 to 5] minutes Mains Options - Meat /Seafood /Veg /Salads Value for money out of 10 = 9 Time from sitting to having our meal order taken [4 to 6 ] minutes Food preparation time from order [8 to 10] minutes Food presentation out of 10 = 10 Food quality out of 10 = 10 Clearance of dishes –Timely–good General Service & Staff friendliness out of 10 = 10+ Toilet Access -good for wheelchairs Toilet Clean out of 10 = 8 Would I go back –Yes Stand outs: friendly accommodating staff Pro's - mostly everything really, an all round nice restaurant and good value. Con's - might need to book, was busy. Where we sat the sun was annoying, it could have done with an awning blind.
28/01/2024: Unusually friendly staff, I ate really well. Terrace in the sun is so good!
