Very good selection, the bottles are as rare as they are good, the consultants know their wines as well as the land where they were produced! Very good address, you can have a drink on site when the terrace is free!

Competent and attentive staff. On the other hand, holes in the shelves, quite a few missing references. Too bad for this great address

The photos on Google maps are not up to date, which is disappointing when I arrive, but I was very well received, served and advised. I will come back !

Bonne expérience en boutique mais sur le site Web une vraie catastrophe tant au service client et service comptabilité. Se faire balader pour la restitution des fonds car plus de stock par le mot confusion au service comptabilité alors qu’il y a eu une erreur la personne m’a totalement zappé et que personne n’assume et n’assure au siège de Lavinia. Plus d’une semaine pour recevoir une restitution je rappelle pour les autres internautes clients un virement SEPA c’est 72h au-delà -la le service comptabilité n’a pas fait son travail malgré le mail de confirmation et que recevoir l’avis d’opéré la seule preuve et elle n’arrive toujours pas. En somme s’il y a une promotion vaut mieux se déplacer en boutique ou payer en CB pas par virement bancaire une catastrophe. Voilà je mets que 3 car passée commande par internet c’est pas terrible.

Had a great time learning from and discussing wine with the store manager. Very knowledgeable guy, nice variety. I also enjoyed a glass of wine outside - just great!
