01/04/2024: An exceptional place in an exceptional setting. The welcome is warm, the service is attentive with little touches that make the difference. The cuisine combines tradition and modernity, with original proposals and careful presentation. Congratulations to the team behind the scenes, who we can guess are passionate. It is now an obligatory stop on each of our visits to Cauterets. If you have to choose just one, this is the shelter you should head to.
01/04/2024: Very nice discovery. Impeccable service, calm and pleasant atmosphere. The site is remarkable, at the foot of the waterfalls. I recommend and we will come back.

18/04/2024: A great time, we really enjoyed ourselves, the atmosphere is like home in this warm restaurant and the welcome is just perfect.
15/04/2024: What an excellent discovery. A warm welcome like at home. Generous and authentic cuisine. A caring team. Far from the clichés of tourist traps, this address will immerse you in the heart of a real mountain atmosphere, as much for the decor, for the dishes, as for the kindness of the owner and her daughter. We thank you for everything.
