We had pork belly confit with new potatoes, roasted asparagus and baby spinach. A marvel of flavors, soft, caramelized but not sweet. Really worth trying. Top . Friendly welcome and very good St Chinian wine which goes very well with this dish.

The welcome and the service are given in a good mood, the setting is pleasant, in light tones. Refined cuisine in the right proportions and just seasoned just right. I recommend for people wishing to eat authentic cuisine while staying in La Rochelle and also for residents.
