Excellent ! We feasted ! In addition, the atmosphere is pleasant and the service fast :) To do if you are in Tours.

In terms of the room, the room was well set up. On the other hand, the electro music was very loud and therefore annoying. In terms of meals, the cooking was very good. The price is correct for the dishes and the quantity. The service is intended to be gastro but the language for some is almost familiar. Afterwards the waiters and the sommelier are pleasant.

An evening in an elegant place where the kitchens are partly open to the eyes of customers. Tasty blends subtly combining sweet and savory flavors, refined combinations that delight the taste buds. Perhaps the strict framework of room supervision should be slightly more relaxed...

Always the best and without stars.

In order to test all the Michelin guide restaurants in the region, we went to this restaurant. We went on a whim on a Wednesday evening, called at the last minute and still a small place for us. The service and welcome, nothing to say, it's great, rather friendly/starred, the owner came to discuss world wines and other restaurants in the region's guide with us during the meal, it was very nice! My comment will be difficult to write because I really appreciated the owner and the waiters, who were very nice, but the food was rather mediocre and I understand that they don't have a star. It was dry or poorly cooked or bland or poorly accompanied, dishes that promise a lot in description but are poorly executed. The dishes are bathed in quite fatty and thick sauce, which is a shame because it hides the potential of this restaurant! On the other hand, very good wines are offered on the menu but obviously, many wines from the region and not too many from outside the region or even international wines. The owner explained to us that it was because of the chauvinism of the guests, who only like regional drinks... this is what we noticed as we visited various restaurants in the region which are included in the Michelin guides. We opted, as usual, for a burgundy red. Thanks to the welcome, nothing better!
