Hello people. Here I am once again walking around Amboise. THE TERRACE, Nice little restaurant at the foot of the castle, a spectacular setting, a mix of old and modern, very interesting to discover. As for the service, nothing to say, staff very attentive to your expectations. We're going to talk about food. A very interesting starter, escargot with mushrooms, this is a change from our old recipe where we have our snails simply placed in percillet butter. Very good for my taste, a bit too bland, the concept is nice, For the entrecôte tros grace, no effort on the quality, a request for a medium cooking, becomes a blue cooking fortunately I like the meat raw. We arrive at the cheese plate, nothing to say. To finish I order a chocolate mousse from them and celebrate the houses. As I tell you each time, it’s up to you too to come and discover this great place.

As we are in a restaurant first of all the kitchen, the meal was delicious and that for all the dishes chosen. As for the service, it was excellent, attentive but not rushing. We had a very good evening with a very good meal. I highly recommend 😋
