A treat for the taste buds and pupils. Beautiful, fine, tasty dishes. The champagne and wine were a worthy accompaniment to our meal (thanks for the advice). An explosion of flavors in the mouth.

I hadn't been here for several years. The facade has changed, but also the atmosphere in the restaurant. The room is light and bright. Our table overlooked the street, so with a view of the old tower and the Légué at high tide. Gorgeous. We chose two menus at 60 euros, so Starter + Main = + Cheese + Dessert. As a starter Foie gras and seared scallops. No surprise, it's good. Oh yes! The two Bordier butters: Espelette pepper, and the other more classic semi-salted. No need to ask for a stick of butter, here, we have good one and more than enough for the whole meal. Different and quality breads. For main course: Low temperature cod cooked to die for... On the other hand, I didn't see the point of burnt clementine (but that's personal). The second course, from the sea bass. stove; my wife announced to me: “Very very good”. so I can only believe her. One regret: We would have preferred that the Ménetout Salon remained on the table because it seemed too cold to release all its aromas. On the other hand, I really appreciated that the knife was a real knife, and not a fish knife that no one knows how to use, especially left-handed people. For the cheese, a simple and good plate. For dessert, a candied lemon for me, and a creamy mango passion soufflé for my wife. a delight. In short, we had an excellent time, served by discreet but attentive and attentive staff. What a pleasure to be able to discover starred cuisine at very reasonable prices (60€: starter, main course, cheese and dessert!). We had an excellent evening in this very pleasant setting. Friendly and smiling service, good advice from the sommelier (wine list which offers some lovely discoveries, excellent champagne). And dishes that really appealed to us. A very nice address where we will return without reservation.
