The chef's cuisine is truly delicious, the flavor and texture of the products are subtly combined with the elegance of the dishes. The sensation menu lives up to its name.
WELL DONE!!!!!! This much-deserved first star has finally arrived. There culinary consistency is remarkable. It was our 3rd time. The proximity to the Tissier family and the warmth of an old, elegantly decorated Briarde is very pleasant. Regulars of gourmet restaurants, go ahead without hesitation for a single second.
We went there for my husband's birthday and honestly it was excellent!!
The fact of not knowing what we are going to eat is very original, they also take into account our tastes and/or food allergies.
We enjoyed ourselves from start to finish, the presentations of the dishes were superb!

19/03/2024: I discovered this place a few months ago. Since then I have eaten there every lunchtime with great pleasure. The staff is smiling and welcoming, the cuisine is delicious and with fresh produce. The daily menu is always a delight and includes starter, main course and dessert for €16.50.
If you are a meat lover, the entrecôte or prime rib for two will satisfy you because they are of a rare quality these days.
For those who love pizza, you will not be disappointed whether by the quantity, quality or price! Being a good eater I struggle to finish the mega size! (Available to take away)
Last but not least: the desserts are delicious! A passionate and very talented pastry chef makes desserts for you every day with some recurring desserts like their delicious chocolate fondant (and I'm not usually a fan of chocolate), the tarte tatin as well as a delicious crème brûlée. For the rest it's day by day depending on the pastry chef's wishes but you can trust her on this point.
In conclusion, in my opinion, it is one of the best restaurants in 77 due to its value for money and the general atmosphere as well as the service.
I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed.
12/03/2024: Each time I visit Villeneuve le Comte, I have lunch in this good and friendly tavern, a warm welcome from the owner and the young waitress, good, generous cuisine from the chef.
