Restaurant bien situé, très central, le menu donne envie, les plats sont bons, de l'entrée au dessert tout est parfaitement cuisiné.
Le service vient malheureusement ternir le constat final, il est souvent facile de charger un restaurant avec un 1/5 en mettant toute l'équipe dans le même panier, ici ce n'est pas le cas, on mange vraiment très bien, simplement on se sent poussé vers la sortie par le service. Partant du principe qu'il y a des jours avec et des jours sans et que ce jour était probablement un jour sans, j'y retournerai volontiers me faire un avis final, pour l'instant le résultat est mitigé.
Menu à 37 euros : tartare langoustines et saumon était plus un tartare de saumon agrémenté de légers morceaux de langoustines.
Temps d'attente entre les plats très long et pourtant il n'y avait pas foule...
Mais le plus choquant pour un restaurant "gourmand" est le pain qui n'était pas frais je dirais même qui avait été congelé (ça se voyait au niveau de la coupe blanche) ou alors très rassi de la veille ...
L'état de la carte de desserts en dit long sur le soin apporté à la cuisine : de simple fiches bristol tâchées et crasseuses.
En résumé, plutot déçus : nous ne reviendrons pas et nous ne conseillerons pas ce restaurant !

Very nice place.
The food was excellent, unfortunately there was no more roasted camembert but it was replaced by asparagus with whipped cream that fell on the floor so no disappointment.
Thanks to the kitchen for its delicious dishes and to the dining room for its smile and kindness.
I recommend !

Top restaurant. Delicious food and very well presented. Very friendly setting and very pleasant staff. The only small negative point that our table of 7 complains about is the wait. We found the waiting time between each dish to be long. However, the restaurant was full and there were few staff in the dining room, so it was completely understandable. We will gladly come back
