Traditional place. Food is local, excellent. Great menu, great choices of food. Starter, main courses and dessert are excellent. Good wines, beers and such. We really enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended.

Sincerely and in all objectivity a sure value by the quality of its leader who is not really unknown. Note a special mention to the notion of sacrifice of the donkey and understand who can when reading the card. The Seneschal will see us again

05/05/2024: A huge favorite for this restaurant and its team. A warm welcome, authentic decor with a superb view of the marshes, efficient service, delicious cuisine from starters to desserts. My favorite restaurant on the Ile de Ré. Thanks to the Chef for his culinary advice. .
08/04/2024: A very pleasant discovery on the banks of the Salt Marsh. a pleasant and smiling welcome. The dishes were presented to us like a lovely poem that was pleasant to listen to, and it was a delight to taste them. We feasted. the cooking of the fish was great. A real treat... thank you to the establishment team for this lovely time spent with you.

27/08/2023: The welcome was not very warm... our server was rather cold and seemed not to really want to talk with us... on the other hand we ate well, the dishes were copious and cooked with quality products. The value for money was correct... be careful, no booster seat for children!!
16/08/2023: We came with 4 adults at the beginning of August during our vacation. This restaurant is calm and warm. We tasted refined and original dishes with quality products, including a truly excellent lamb shank. And the shrimp ceviche... a delight for the taste buds!! Excellent service and welcome. Highly recommended place.
