Mastered creative cuisine, impeccable service but cocktails must be stopped at all costs

We had dinner at La Tour des Sens last Friday evening. I was there with my brother. What an experience! From the aperitif to the dessert and the different dishes, everything was delicious. We opted for the “Escape” formulas (135th per person) consisting of eight dishes, an aperitif, appetizers and two glasses of wine to which we added an additional glass of wine. The cuisine was innovative, the chef even managed to make me eat asparagus and trout which I don't usually like! The team in the dining room is both very professional and very pleasant, we were able to chat with one of the servers for a little while and share a discussion around the kitchen. It was flawless and we will come back with pleasure!

I had read a few reviews before… what a wonder!!! The atmosphere, the service, the cuisine, everything is really good. We took the sensation menu accompanied by wines selected for each dish. The combination of flavors is surprising and very interesting. The dishes are very well presented and of very high quality. What can we say about the “lemon meringue tart” type dessert but presented in an incredible way! And so good 😋 You might think that chef Jérémie Izarn has a star ⭐️! To provide constructive criticism, I will say that the selection of wines selected could be improved. A slight downside also on the trout cooked at low temperature, a little dry… But what a great experience this restaurant is! Well done to the chef and the team. I recommend and I will come back for new discoveries and surprises :)

Accompanied by a welcoming, kind and competent team, We let ourselves be carried away by the current of the river "with a thousand delicate flavors", imagined by Jérémie. At the turn of each dish, our taste buds went from exquisite surprises to gourmet bouquets sparkling with energy. There was therefore no need to go to the ends of the earth to have a beautiful trip. A big thank you to Jérémie, Julie and their team for this moment of pleasure.

Quand vous y allez vous ne voyez pas l'heure tourner, le goût, les saveurs sont juste magique, un grand bravo à toutes l'équipes et merci au chef de prendre le temps de discuter je trouve ça super ! Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de prendre des photos des plats tellement ils sont géniaux et appétissant !!
