I find this exchange wonderful after tasting the dish and this pairing with the wine offered. The servers are sharing and listening. But let's get back to basics, what was on the plates deserves to be highlighted, textures and flavors mixed. Incredible sauces, I really enjoyed the octopus. THANKS

Perfect as much in terms of the dishes served as in the service, the explanations and the atmosphere. A restaurant that unashamedly deserves its Michelin star. To be renewed without moderation.

Surprising tastes and products, a multitude of more or less known and original flavors. We enjoyed the appetizers (notably the raw cod), the perfect Saint Pierre and white butter, the bulgur, the powerfully flavored chocolate and the diversity of the desserts. A little less duck and turnips (others would suggest sweetbreads). As for the octopus, you like it or not, but it was superbly tender because it was so well cooked. Very friendly welcome and service. In summary, an experience to definitely have

Excellent restaurant. Competent staff. Room not very warm. Exceptional dishes but desserts a little disappointing. The food/wine pairing didn't excite us.

Nos enfants nous ont fait la surprise d'un bon cadeau dans ce restaurant que nous connaissions déjà. Une nouvelle fois très heureux de ce déjeuner. La dégustation est certainement la meilleure façon d'apprécier les plats. Et de découvrir des mets que l'on n'aurait pas spontanément choisi (exemple me concernant, les bulots ... mais cuisiné par le chef c'est divin) L'accord mets vins est parfait à chaque plat. Le service est bien à la hauteur de l'établissement , très professionnel, et on sent l'amour du métier. Un grand merci à tous. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Une grande découverte, ne pas choisir ses plats et se laisser aller à deviner ce que l'on mange. Plats excellent, service parfait. Ne pas hésiter. Seul bémol nous avons pris un accord mets vins tout était parfait par contre nous avons pris un supplément fromage et la aucun vin ne nous a était servi.

12/05/2024: We opted for the chef's surprise menu, of course specifying our tastes and intolerances. All the dishes from the amuse bouche to the dessert were very mastered. Beautiful combinations of flavors, local and seasonal products. An intimate setting and very good service, I highly recommend!
08/05/2024: Attracted by the few dishes offered on the menu, a guarantee of product quality, we were not disappointed. Our experience at this restaurant was incredible. The smiling welcome from Marine and Baptiste, the warm, well-decorated room, the dishes highlighting the dishes, and the dishes... an enchantment around flowers, local or regional, organic products. Flavors expertly combined by Baptiste. It should be noted that on Friday evening, the menu is a “surprise” menu. We still ask you if you have any allergies or foods that you don't like. Bravo to this couple for this concept which deserves to be known!

02/04/2024: Excellent evening, I would even say exceptional. Everything was done very fairly, both in terms of service and cuisine. Thank you again for this moment.
30/03/2024: Very nice taste experience! Aesthetic and creative cuisine. Lots of fun for a very affordable business lunch menu. The chef is present when we leave and takes the time to chat with us. The service is well-established, the pace is perfect. The room is pleasant, quiet atmosphere, not noisy. We will come back, for sure!
