4 days in Biarritz and two dinners at Tantina de Burgos! The service is top notch! The kitchen too! We had the squids a la plancha, a killer! With the potato gratin, it’s divine! Also black pudding, huuum! Remember to book because there are a lot of people (the locals are often there) The small downside I would bring is that it’s a bit expensive 🤷 but hey we went there twice!

Delicious food. The staff was very friendly in a nice way and there was a nice atmosphere. It was completely full, luckily a spot could be found for us because we had not made a reservation.

A very nice restaurant. Cosy family atmosphere and friendly service. My pork chop was wonderfully succulent and perfectly cooked. The lamb was also very tasty. This is exactly how a restaurant should be. Highly recommended.

Restaurant typique de la côte basque. Salle conviviale. Cuisine avec produits locaux. Très bonne viande. La côte de bœuf était top. On a été très bien reçu.

06/04/2024: Why so much waiting to get your dish? Because every night our man puts his title on the line. Passion for the product and the science of cooking. Allow 8 to 10 minutes for each side of your prime rib. Never has a restaurant offered me such a carnivorous experience. Everything is there. All the senses are magnified like this flavor-enhancing salt. As you finish your glass of wine, the fire in the kitchen goes out. The artist smokes his smoke, after a challenge from which he emerges by wiping his worker's brow. Well done
05/04/2024: One of the best meat restaurants I have ever been to. We understand the difficulty in getting a table and the wait to be served, once the meats are in front of us it’s a treat! Impeccable service and congratulations to the chef!
