Too rich... good but not very refined.

Disappointment compared to other visits. The main course which seemed original and appetizing was salty and tasteless, it was the white pudding and blue cheese tart with mashed potatoes. There were two of us at the table who left with the same opinion.

How surprised I am by the rare negative reviews! Unfortunately we cannot please everyone, for my part I very highly recommend La table d'Arthur!
We came last night on the Bistro side (table of 6 people) from the aperitif to the digestive, I unfortunately didn't take any photos, but both visually and taste-wise, all the dishes offered were a real pleasure, balance and perfect quantities. Taste buds in exhilaration as the preparation of the dishes is excellent.
A little wait at the time of the gunshot but the managers came with a few slices of terrines and bread to make us wait which is lost in a lot of establishments we were delighted with this gesture although we were not really not in a hurry. Waiting also allows you to soak up the setting and atmosphere of the establishment which is simple but which highlights the stone even in the Bistro section.
The room service is perfectly discreet when the manager or waitress who took care of us came to our table so as not to interrupt us during our discussions. She was very nice to us, our friends and our children.
Another huge thank you to the kitchens for the quality dishes and to the dining teams for their kindness!
We will certainly meet again soon for a new vault experience for the gastronomic side!

A very beautiful cuisine: sought-after and refined flavors...
But the service is absolutely not up to par with a restaurant that claims to be Michelin-rated.
An endless wait between each dish; The wines are not presented or highlighted. No food/wine pairing suggestions..
The waitress does not have the practices and codes expected for this type of house.
As for the decoration, on the 1st level, the lighting is unsuitable for the desired spirit: neon-style mauve tones... aggressive!
No access to the "vaulted cellars" room if you have not reserved...but we nevertheless offer you the card (with the appropriate prices) without benefiting from the premises!
It’s a shame that such a beautiful kitchen isn’t better showcased!
In response...
Dear Sir,
the opinions posted by different customers should help you improve the quality of service and not judge the customers who provide you with a living. Unless I'm mistaken, you are not a practice restaurant. The number of unhappy customers on Google and other sites should alert you! Your answers reveal a clear posture error! I don't expect any response from you.
