We have wanted to taste the chef's cuisine for a long time. We enjoyed all the dishes: the combinations of flavors, the precise cooking. The room is simple, we didn't imagine the restaurant with this atmosphere. The service is efficient but things can be improved. the value for money is too high considering the different restaurants we have been to. The glass of Gamay 8 euros…

Hello, we went to the restaurant 62 to discover Chef Manh's cuisine. Regarding the context of the room, we were not particularly impressed. The tableware is elegant. The cuisine is sophisticated and the presentation careful. Regarding the appetizer, it was very small, a 5mm strip of pâté en croute. Way too small to capture the flavor of the ingredients. Our biggest disappointment is the room service. Hotel codes are absent. The young lady was waiting in front of me for me to finish my appetizer. I was very embarrassed. The hotel crisis is very present. In order to improve the quality of the restaurant, I would suggest: a textile napkin rather than disposable paper, a slightly larger appetizer, collecting the crumbs before dessert to highlight the fine work of the chef (it doesn't cost more) . With our encouragement in a not easy economic context. Very sincerely.

2nd time in this establishment and probably the best restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand! First of all, the restaurant is very cozy and quiet! The team is smiling and it's very pleasant. The menus are created with seasonal products and the dishes are balanced and tasteful! The big plus of the restaurant, the wine pairing like you won't find anywhere else in Clermont! A blind tasting is possible with a sommelier who will explain all the subtleties of the wines to you! In short, a magical evening, with seasonal cuisine and wines to enhance the dishes!

Un savant mélange d'épices parfaitement maîtrisé rehausse les plats et apporte une touche d'originalité gustative très intéressante. Laissez-vous tenter par l'accord vins-mets à l'aveugle si on vous le propose. C'est bluffant ! Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon moment.
