Night with half board on the way to St Jacques. Impeccable room, modern, cozy, top bedding. The evening meal was excellent, aligot, coq au vin, farçou and dessert, everything was delicious. And finally the varied breakfast, sweet and savory, served at the table and beautifully presented. The friendly and smiling service, we had a comforting and pleasant time at Bastide on the Route d'Argent! I recommend

We only tested the restaurant. The food is traditional and good. To have a good time, you just have to ignore an unfriendly waitress. I had read opinions about its "authoritarian" side without really believing it, but it is confirmed. His behavior clearly worsens the experience. Damage ! Furthermore, the laudable desire not to waste remains disturbing when we are told that the charcuterie board on the menu is not to be shared and that what is not eaten is taken back. Or reserved for others? Same for the crap! Surprising... Everything can be explained... with a smile. A little training in communication wouldn't hurt this young lady. And if we push the reasoning further, under the pretext of anti-waste, we possibly eat other people's leftovers... Even if additional cutlery is made available to serve yourself in the "common" dish, this is not in keeping with the times. We saw several people put their cutlery in the shared dish, out of reflex. And that's "normal". Questions therefore arise about hygiene and the fact that food which remains on the tables for several long minutes can be re-served...

Unique experience !!!! A gastronomic adventure. Such a meal during a stopover on Santiago de Compostela is a gift from heaven. I loved the service, the concept and....the meal worthy of a communion. Not to be missed.

Crowded and light wait in a small lounge to sit at the table. Good meal. Restaurant located next to the church.

Superb restaurant. The cuisine is very good and generous as can be. The service is fast, the welcome is frank and without frills but I love it 😊 I had a great time there.
