14/05/2024: Hello to the entire Oustaou team! From the memory of Auvergne, a sublime truffade, and a wonderful calf's head salad....all with a nice local red, a beautiful atmosphere and a visit to Besse full of happiness! Well done !

17/03/2024: Superb restaurant in the heart of the Auvergne mountains. A delight ! And the atmosphere inside is reminiscent of the old days! I highly recommend.
10/03/2024: Recommended by our charming shuttle driver, this address is a real enchantment for those with a craving for authenticity. The setting is typical. The service is welcoming, smiling and takes great care of its customers. And what about the cuisine... A true gourmet and gourmet delight. We loved it. Thank you and don't change anything.
