Charming and busy restaurant hiding in a quiet spot behind the Vannes train station. I can't tell you what an excellent resource it is. There's usually a menu with three choices, including desserts. Nice choices, nicely prepared food. Very pleasant and prompt service. If you are a departing from or arriving at Vannes, La Petite Vitesse is a recommended stop.

A pleasant time spent with family. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. I had the duck leg, served with small vegetables. Nothing particularly original, but it did the job.

21/02/2026: A welcome that would put some restaurants to shame, because here, kindness is always present. Thank you to the bartender for introducing us to his different variations of infused rum at the end of our meal. It's always a treat. Thank you to Clara for her thoughtful touches, her smile, and her good humor. Thank you to Jacky for making this place such a warm and welcoming spot.

Cafe de la poissonerie

31/01/2026: This is an excellent café-restaurant, ideally located opposite the fish market. The dishes offered are among the best value for money. The service is always top-notch; you feel right at home, and I return regularly with pleasure. It's very convenient on market days for a drink or a coffee, and the terrace is lovely when the weather is nice.
