Divine pizzas, friendly service with all simplicity and sympathy! For our first weekend in Sète, we had the chance to discover the Melo pizzeria who, in addition to his culinary talents, is an adorable gentleman full of attention to his customers, despite a crazy crowd this Saturday evening. In fact, we came the first time, my partner, my daughter and I on Friday evening and a second time on Saturday evening. I couldn't resist tasting another of its fine, crispy and tasty wonders. A big thank you to Melo for the little extra gift 🥰 and special mention to his team in the room who always work with a smile and concern for the well-being of customers ❤️ I want to know your secret for such airy pizza dough! 😀

A real real Italian Pizza as we love them. Quality ingredients, crispy dough. We're not going to look for the decor, the place is very basic, but the focus is on the delicious pizza and that's enough to leave very satisfied. The service was friendly and without false notes. Addiction, voilà comment devrait se nommer cette pizzeria. Pour moi, ce sont les meilleures pizzas au monde… A chaque arrivée à Sète, j’espère en mon for intérieur entendre la phrase magique « on va manger chez Melo ? « Et par bonheur, je l’ai entendu 2 soirs d’affilée. Je ne m’en lasse pas. Les pizzas de Melo c’est une pâte fine comme de la soie et croustillante à souhait, la sauce tomate est fondante et la charcuterie goûteuse. J’adore particulièrement cet ingrédient : les friarellis sorte de brocolis sauvages, c’est la touche magique, tellement fan que j’ai commandé et partagé 2 soirs d’affilée la pizza Donna stella et la Spéciale : soit un aller retour au paradis. Bref, c’est complètement régressif… vivement les prochaines vacances !!!
