Great hotel in a top location. But above all the people there are simply great and give them the 5th star. This was the friendliest and best welcome at a hotel in a long time. 100% recommended!

I had an incredible stay at the Régent Petite France***** Hotel & Spa. Its location, in the heart of the historic district, allows you to perfectly discover the city of Strasbourg. The hotel staff made us very welcome. The spa is a real plus and the room had a beautiful view of Petite France. We are already thinking about our next stay!

Excellent place for a short or long stay in Strasbourg! It's best to arrive without a car, as the hotel is located in the pedestrian zone and is only about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Very friendly reception and easy check-in, the room (Deluxe is worth it!) is located on the river and very spacious! Very good service with making up your bed in the evening. A nice restaurant Oignon less than 80 meters from the hotel. The cathedral can be reached in 10 minutes, and there is also the pier for a boat tour. All in all, it was a success, only the breakfast at €30 per person seemed too expensive to me! There are two or three small cafés in the immediate vicinity for a small breakfast!

I stayed here as a couple with children (some under 1 year old). It had a very nice Petite France exterior and the interior was stylish. The service was very warm and welcoming from everyone at the reception, housekeeper, and breakfast venue. (Especially the men at the breakfast venue even gave wonderful gifts to the baby.) It is in a great location for sightseeing as it is very close to the center. I would like to stay there again if I have the chance.

This is the second time we've been back to this hotel, the first being in 2022, to visit the wine fair. We had chosen this hotel this month because of its proximity, 15 minutes by car, to the wine fair. The main problem is accessing the hotel by car, as all the entrances are blocked and you have to go through a parking lot and give a code, which sounds simple, but arriving at this parking lot with all the streets blocked drove us mad. We lost an hour the first night, and half an hour the second. A word of advice: park your car outside the hotel and the bridges, as we did in 2022. the hotel is very decent, but not 5-star for several reasons: 1- the rooms are fine, but the room service should be better trained: the maid came into our room one morning without knocking on the door, announcing herself or ringing the bell, even though we were in bed. 2- Breakfast at the weekend is splendid, but the coffee is undrinkable, coming from a machine you can't access and having to ask the waitresses for it all the time. 3- breakfast on Mondays is reduced in size, because there are fewer tourists, but we had the unpleasant surprise of tasting lukewarm eggs, sausages and bacon. 4- When we asked for a recommendation for a restaurant, the staff replied "there are plenty", and we took the recommendation for a brasserie, which was mostly for youth people with music blaring in our ears, and left quickly to find a restaurant on our own. In conclusion, the quality of service is declining, the geographical location is superb, but accessibility by car is clearly a problem.

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende dort. Super freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage und das Zimmer war auch sehr schön. Wir waren mit unserem einjährigem Kind da und das Personal war sehr nett und erfüllte diesbezüglich auch einige Extrawünsche sehr gerne. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

On est loin des 5 étoiles promisent, en effet, la chambre est vetuste, la douche dispose d'une minuscule pomme de douche... Le passage du ménage laisse à désirer, on entend tous les bruits extérieurs, le lit est très dur, le petit déjeuner à plus de 30€ est hors de prix. Personne pour nos monter nos bagages, pas de voiture de place, en tous cas on ne nous l'a pas proposer. Nous avions notre petit chien, mais on ne nous a pas proposé le panier et la gamelle alors qu'une charmante femme de chambre nous a dit qu'on y avait droit. Seul point positif, la situation.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à l’hôtel Régent. Agréable séjour dans l’ensemble. Très bon emplacement. Belle vue de la chambre. Calme les fenêtres fermées. Le SPA est très sympa (1h inclus avec la chambre sans surcoût), il est plus beau que sur les photos. La chambre / sdb est extrêmement propre, très grande (privilège). Grand bain. La déco de la chambre pourrait être un peu plus chaleureuse.. ça manquait d’un petit quelque chose pour un 5*. On a aimé le service du soir (fermeture rideaux, proposition tisane etc) Nous avons trouvé le service du personnel pas tout à fait à la hauteur d’un 5*. Pas du tout aux petits soins comme nous avons pu profité dans d’autres établissements 5*… on nous a même chassé dans les couloirs pour nous demander si on faisait partie de l’établissement.. je comprends qu’ils contrôlent mais le ton n’y était pas. Le petit dej est à la déception du séjour. 32€ / pers, aurait pu être OK mais le choix / générosité et la qualité n’est pas du tout au RDV. Très peu de choix, par ex en chaud uniquement bacon, scrambled œufs et saucisses.. (si omelettes = supplément €); en froid, pains viennoiserie, yaourts (parfois industriels), salade de fruits mais y’a pratiquement que de la pomme .. charcuterie fromages. Pas un petit dej d’exception. Donc petit dej un peu tristounet, salle du petit dej aussi un peu sombre .. Je reco pour un séjour mais je suis d’accord avec d’autres commentaires que c’est plus un établissement 4+ et qu’un 5* exceptionnel.

Hrana odlicna bila sam samo u restoranu tako da za sobe ne mogu da komentarisem ali s obzirom da nasi visoki predstavnici drzave borave u hotelu vjerovatno zasluzuju i sobe 5 zvjezdica.
