I really like the concept of the new owners. A very varied selection of tapas, the onion soup is great. Choice of cocktails, choice of tapas, nice setting, a good place to spend time with friends or family.

Quick menu entry. No possibility of having the card at lunchtime....too bad.... We waited and waited, in fact they had forgotten us to the detriment of others who arrived after us and left before us as a result!!! Same for dessert, in addition we were not entitled to the dessert ordered at the menu, replaced by another which was average. They apologized for the inconvenience and gave us a mocktail as a gift. The dishes (ray wing, flank steak) were very fine for the fish and very good for the meat.

Quality products. Very pleasant waiter and waitress. Very caring. We particularly appreciate the tapas taken on the blue sofas!!! Prices a little high but worth it.

While passing through Blaye we ate so well at lunchtime that we came back in the evening. “Tapas” meal really more than plentiful. Only fresh food well worked and which doesn't spoil anything, smiles and a great welcome from the lunch and evening team. Menu at 18 euros for lunch. For the evening, unbeatable value for money.

05/05/2024: What happiness! Christine and her husband are very professional and very pleasant. Bright and spacious room. I recommend this hotel.

Whether sweet or savory.... Dinner will be brought back to your room.... I enjoyed it 10 out of 10, nothing to complain about. If you come to Blaye to visit, let yourself be tempted, come to the Auberge du Porsche! It's clean, we feel good there 👍😊 especially with the owners who take just the right care. For you......
