Perfect! A nugget. Go and discover this restaurant. As we were passing through the area, we decided to leave the notes of the local restaurants to guide us. How lucky to have found this nugget. We had lunch as a couple last week and everything was perfect. A lunch menu (starter/main course/dessert) at a value for money that I have never seen in my life. €32 for three gourmet dishes, all delicious. And a 4-course menu for around €60. Great generosity in the dishes with a lot of work and a beautiful presentation. The tastes are there and the associations are right. Special mention for the small menu. The service was also up to standard despite a few small errors from (the apprentice?) in the dining room but so much goodwill that it didn't detract from the experience. Thanks to the whole team. In short, go there with your eyes closed.

Incredible restaurant in the charming village of Gaujac, fine and gourmet cuisine with quality service which accompanied us all throughout our meal. The menu changes regularly so you can return to discover new dishes often. For lovers of good wine the cellar has not been forgotten I recommend 100% very quickly

Everything here is simply perfect. From the cozy environment to a friendly service and a superbe cuisine. All dishes from the amuses bouche to the miniardises are carefully assembled and crafted for the best combination of flavors. Wines are excellent and the wine list carefully curated. The only thing missing to La Maison is a Michelin Star…but be mark my words, this is coming :). This is a must stop if you are visiting the region.
