A must-see place in Dax, I came to eat there with friends on a weeknight. Very quiet, could use a little atmosphere but we enjoyed the dinner, the diversity of wines and the attentive staff. We are coming back in June to test the Patio which is currently under construction.

It’s a superb art deco style brasserie restaurant. But be careful to keep in mind the consistent quality and the good, well-coordinated atmosphere between cuisine and service. Very friendly staff who make up for the few disappointments here and there during our last visit. we will come back to it anyway.....

Original and colorful presentation. Very tasty and quantitative dishes. Congratulations on getting all of its settings together. All this, in a very beautiful room with very friendly staff. We will not forget the address for another visit to Dax.

After booking online (very convenient), we were seated near the bar. It wasn't a good choice because we had the "leisure" of putting up with the blonde waitress who had a cold throughout the meal. No protection! Imagine our amazement when we saw her serving coffee while coughing on the cups and making a few sound effects! The health mask exists, it seems to me. Fortunately the meal was delicious. I recommend the ocean salad which is very hearty. No coffee for us! We went to a colleague’s house 😉
