Nice welcome, table reserved on the terrace, set with a white tablecloth, hat for the sun. Here the customer is considered. And then the bouillabaisse, great thank you very much Madie, we had a great time before getting back on our train. See you soon for sure.

You have to go beyond the string of very conventional restaurants and go to the end of the Quai du Port to find this little pearl of Marseille where everything is fresh and well prepared. This is where you have to go to taste the alibofis and to spend some quality time. The service is on a human scale but serious, even with demanding customers like us.

La Marinière

01/04/2024: We opted for dinner at La Marinière, a small place that was perhaps a little too intimate for our tastes. We noticed that interaction with neighbors was possible; our tables were almost pushed together… we preferred a little more privacy. However, the atmosphere was calm, the service was prompt, and although the prices were slightly excessive, they were generally acceptable. The waiter was pleasant, although perhaps a little too friendly and it was a bit disruptive. Overall, an okay experience but not exactly what we were looking for.
30/03/2024: Small (by its capacity) establishment of very good quality, fresh produce, wonderfully delicious fish soup, I recommend.
