Despite the gloomy weather, the cuisine and service at Fourchette Adroite warmed us up!!
The Chicken Ballotine with Chorizo was succulent.
We will come back without hesitation.

A truly impeccable, friendly and diligent service. Fine cuisine with fresh products.
A varied menu but on a "human scale" which suggests that the chef is more behind his stove than managing freezers. Very good value for money, which is not always easy to find.
Only one small downside is the bread which is not up to par with the rest.
We will come back and we invite you to discover where to re-discover this very beautiful address.

While passing through Albi, my partner and I went to La Fork Adroit on the advice of our host.
The welcome is warm and the dishes are truly excellent. Quite cozy atmosphere, the service is fast and the prices affordable.
I highly recommend this restaurant which is a must-do when passing through Albi!

Excellent restaurant!
This restaurant is open on Sunday evenings, one of the only ones in Albigeois, it's great.
All the dishes are made in house, we were very surprised by our visit.
Keep going !

A moment so pleasant that it deserves to be highlighted!
Very good advice on Gaillac which accompanied us throughout the meal, great discovery.
Breathtaking starters that keep you coming back for more. Excellent!
For the dishes, the cooking methods are respected, as are the mixtures and flavors.
The dessert L'exotique lives up to its name, and transports you to the tropics.
The only downside was that the good cheeses were served too cold.
The service is top notch, the advice is quality.
The Adroite fork lives up to its name, on the right coming down from the cathedral but above all skillful in the preparation of these quality dishes.
Exceptional quality/price.
We highly recommend you!
