La Flambee sur Le Blanc

30/04/2024: We had two Berrichon burgers, very good and generous! The setting was warm, thank you for this meal ☺️

21/04/2024: Mixed feeling about this restaurant given some comments. Especially regarding the “potentially unfriendly” boss. Certainly he is reserved, but does his job very well, with politeness and courtesy. And in addition to taking care of his customers, he takes care of the dogs that are accepted in the restaurant (provided of course that they know how to behave properly without wandering or barking at the risk of disturbing other customers). We came with 3 French Bulldogs who were perfectly behaved, results, a bowl of water and even a small treat was offered to them by the boss. Zero fault on that side so thank you for your sympathy. Regarding the room, it is warm with a wood stove which makes us feel comfortable in these chilly weathers. And finally, the dishes offered on the menu on weekends are very good. Small disappointment in not having been able to taste the calf's head, but the table before us had taken the last 2. I will test it when I return it to the sector because I was not disappointed
