The ice creams like the waffle sticks are exceptional! We weren't able to taste everything but it's only a matter of time!

The waffles are to die for, special mention for the homemade hazelnut chocolate and dark chocolate that accompany, and the toasted pecans... To die for! Very friendly service, very pretty place with terrace overlooking the Place aux Herbes and charming old buildings. Even in the middle of winter, a stop and a hot chocolate are welcome!

A long-time customer of the Fabrique d'Uzes, I am amazed to read the comments of some frustrated customers, you have to wait to be seated, which is normal given the crowds. I have witnessed several times the Incorrectness of customers, who allow themselves to insult the servers who have always been extremely pleasant with us, with family or friends. The establishment is always clean and well maintained, the whole team works hard every day to satisfy these customers! Keep going !

Certes les glaces sont très bonnes mais l'accueil et la gestion des tables est à revoir. Impossible de déplacer une chaise pour être à trois sur une table. Impossible de rapprocher deux tables. Séparer les familles à deux endroits de la terrasse pour une même commande ne leur pose pas de problème. Réglementation de la mairie? Alors il est temps de taper du poing sur la table pour éviter ces aberrations.

Les glaces sont toujours bonnes cher Basil en dépit du tarif quelque peu augmenté.Cependant la sélection du personnel cette année laisse à désirer.
