Meal with original flavors but I enjoyed the entire meal. Disorganized service which leaves a lot of waiting between dishes. Pleasant staff.

A charming and calm setting on the banks of the river and a warm interior. The welcome is pleasant, discreet and the hostess is very kind. The dishes are excellent, rich in flavors (with vegetarian and vegan options) and hearty. A real Ariège gem! Thank you and see you soon

My darling took me here for my birthday and we enjoyed the copious and sumptuous dishes, a warm welcome all in a magnificent setting. The fact that they offer vegan and vegetarian options with a great willingness to adapt meant that for the first time, I was able to have a starter, main course and dessert all for a very reasonable price!! This restaurant is truly a little pearl on the heights of Foix.

We were greeted by Leela. In September we were in the heat, and the room where we spent the night was cool, we slept perfectly. The linens and bedding are very comfortable. Very clean place. We did not have dinner because we had come for the Foix celebrations, next time we will have a meal. The kitchen smelled so good. La Ciboulette is a great place, it’s a great discovery. I recommend
